About Us

We are a small, family-run dairy farm in the heart of the Peak District. We have an idyllic camping and caravan site, and also produce our own artisan ice cream.

We are located just off the A515 and perfectly situated for exploring the High Peak Trail and surrounding areas. We are set away from the Ashbourne to Buxton Road, so we are lovely and quiet but easy enough for you to find.

We are set in the beautiful undulating hills of the Peak District countryside of Derbyshire, providing magnificent views of the High Peaks, a very rural part of the County.

From the campsite, there are many local walks to enjoy including having direct easy access onto the High Peak Trail. This means there is no need to go on any roads to access the trail, so it is a much safer option for families and cyclists who want to experience our lovely countryside.

Our caravan park is a wonderful place for anyone to stay, suitable for young and old, couples and family campers alike. We like to think we offer the perfect base for a weekend break or a longer holiday to explore the Peak District area. 

We have an onsite reception and small shop where you can sample a flavour or two of our lovely ice cream. We also sell a wide variety of food and camping essentials, aswell as selected local produce. 

We also sell our fresh pasteurised whole milk – now sold from our 24hour vending machine. You can purchase reusable glass bottles, as well as basic plastic ones from our carousel vending machine, or even bring your own bottle!

Local day trips to historic towns and places of interest are easy to arrange and include well-known; Ashbourne, Bakewell, Buxton, Castleton, Chatsworth and many other charismatic villages.
